I utilize a holistic approach when treating anxiety and depression, and believe that one shoe doesn't always fit all. My goal is to help you learn how to change your thoughts, which in turn, changes your behaviors. For those interested, I am also trained in Mandala therapy and have found that incorporation of mindfulness practices into therapy can produce good results.  Allow me to help you move towards a more peaceful you.
