Welcome to a safe space to begin your journey into finding
fulfillment and balance in the life you deserve!

You have taken the most difficult step in seeking help and support, and we are here to guide you through the rest!

Canary Counseling was founded with the idea that everyone deserves a safe and judgement free environment to find their voice, explore their story, and move through life transitions. The human spirit is resilient with a little extra love and compassion.

Our vision is to allow for a space for individuals, couples, and families to find easily accessible, compassionate, and respectable mental health care so that they can refocus their energy into being more fulfilled versions of themselves. Our providers focus on taking a collaborative approach with their clients in order to promote insight, restore hope, and deepen connection.

We value inclusivity and treating all with compassion and respect, and recognize that everyone has a right to therapy. Here, everyone is welcome as we approach therapy with a social justice framework to combat the spread of hate and divide.

Services

Our practice supports a variety of needs; with each clinician specializing in their own areas of focus. We feel confident in connecting you with the right clinician based on the season of life you are in, and the work you are looking to do within the therapeutic room.
